Within CCL Marine we have a team of experienced project managers who are capable of taking any project from design to handover stage within set time frames and budgets. With our global network, we can ensure that the project is carried out in the most effective manner. Our project management team plan, execute, control, and monitor programs of work and time plans to ensure the specific requirements of our clients are achieved and delivered every time.

For each dry-docking and repair project, the CCL Marine team will carry out a pre-dock survey to identify the work required and compile a scope of work to assist with the budgeting and planning. CCL Marine will put together detailed tenders with estimated costs and a shortlist of suitable facilities.

CCL Marine project teams will manage all works, ensuring the client’s interests are represented and achieved throughout. We maintain schedules and quality checks to ensure the project is delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest industry standards.

For new build, re-fit, and conversion projects, CCL Marine works closely with contractors, shipyards, and naval architects to ensure that the build is carried out efficiently and as planned.
